About the role
- Plays a key role in ensuring customer deliverables are met by independently managing planning activities and acting as the primary liaison between Program Management and Operations
- Uses analytical insights to drive forecast accuracy, resolve fulfillment challenges, and support strategic supply chain initiatives
- Independently develop and maintain demand planning models using historical and predictive data
- Recommend safety stock strategies to optimize customer service levels
- Monitor, analyze, and act on OTD metrics with minimal supervision
- Serve as a key point of contact for Program Management on supply chain topics
- Lead contributions to the monthly Executive Sales and Operations Planning process
- Resolve planning and logistics issues by working directly with cross-functional partners
- Manage AOG and expedited order requests with limited guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with forecasting tools, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management
