About the role
- Manage the interview scheduling process across the different business verticals and functions
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to keep the TA team, hiring managers, and recruiters organized and informed
- Assist with managing external job postings and candidates via third party job boards/websites
- Correspond with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, including, but not limited to scheduling phone screens, managing candidate travel, and organizing in-person interviews
- Participate in special projects and initiatives that evolve around talent acquisition and marketing methodology
- Assist with new venue openings and job fairs as needed.
- Maintain recruiting data and analytics and assist with building of reports
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in supporting a team Talent Acquisition and/or HR professionals
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
- Attention to detail is next level with a laser focused mentality on operational excellence
- Passionate about recruiting and building world-class teams
- Proficient with MS Office with preferred experience using Power BI, LinkedIn and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling reports
- You thrive juggling multiple projects at once – switching gears without dropping the ball
- You’re confident communicating with everyone from candidates to executives and know how to build great relationships at every level
