Affiliate Manager

• Develop and design a holistic partner and sponsorship strategy that establishes SafeNow as a CSR platform for brands.
• Work closely with the CEO and CRO to create structures, processes and standards that are scalable and enable international growth.
• Regularly coordinate with management and teams to synchronize goals, priorities and resources.
• Acquire new sponsors and distribution partners: from initial outreach and contract negotiations to long-term relationship development.
• Maintain existing partnerships with regular business reviews, performance analyses and the development of new initiatives.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and further develop partnerships both strategically and commercially.
• Build efficient commission and billing models, define KPIs and ensure clean reporting structures.
• Develop a clear KPI system that demonstrates how partnerships impact revenue, brand and societal impact.
• Integrate partner and sponsorship activities into our CRM, finance and reporting systems.
• Act as the bridge between external partners/sponsors and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product).
• Develop new sponsorship formats, co-marketing campaigns and incentive programs that connect brands and people.
• Establish an active partner community with regular exchange formats and best-practice sharing.
• Train internal and external stakeholders in the correct communication of our value proposition.
• Create compelling pitches, presentations and sponsorship concepts that emotionally engage brands.
• Represent SafeNow at trade shows, conferences and events at home and abroad — with professionalism, charisma and enthusiasm.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitors and relevant players.

• Projektplanung und Koordination neuer SafeNow Zonen für B2B-Kunden von Vertragsunterschrift bis Live-Betrieb und langfristige Betreuung
• Koordination interner und externer Dienstleister sowie Installationspartner
• Entwickeln und Implementieren nachhaltiger Marketing- und Aktivierungskonzepte beim Kunden
• Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden und interne Teams; Stakeholder informieren und involvieren
• Schulung von Sicherheitspersonal und Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit SafeNow
• Durchführung von Health Checks, regelmäßiges Reporting und Identifikation von Upselling-Potenzialen
• Sicherstellung kontinuierlicher Marketingaktivitäten und Informationsweitergabe zu Neuerungen
• Mitdenken und Weiterentwicklung des Customer Success; Einbringen und Umsetzen von Ideen
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Geschäft und Verantwortung für strategische Projekte (z.B. Onboarding neuer Installationspartner)
• Reise- und Vor-Ort-Betreuung bei Kunden (Einrichtung von Zonen, Schulungen)
