About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are primarily responsible for indoor localization across the company.
- Plan installations based on floor plans and on-site surveys.
- Installation & quality assurance.
- Process improvement & scaling; identify optimization opportunities.
- Training & enablement of technical partners; develop training concepts.
- Partner management & coordination for installations worldwide.
- Technical assessment of new zones (pre-sales support).
- On-site deployments & customer contact; ensure smooth installations.
- Documentation & internal coordination.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical background: vocational training, degree, or master technician in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, building services or equivalent.
- Experience with radio and network technologies (WiFi, BLE or comparable technologies).
- Hands-on mentality with ownership and the ability to drive topics independently.
- Experience working with partners.
- Willingness to travel (30–80%) and a structured approach to back-office work.
- Ideally experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Structured and quality-oriented work style.
- Excellent German and English skills.
