Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact with key partners and clients to meet defined goals and strategic results.
• Build and conduct customized training programs to assist OEM auto makers and/or their dealership network to grow and improve their book of Finance & Insurance business.
• Leverage the Safe-Guard Training platform as a strategic differentiator and value-added product/service.
• Establish an impactful presence at Industry events, conferences and publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.
• Partner with the Sales Management Team and participate in initiatives to maximize sales revenue.
• Enhance programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling mastery and objection handling expertise with industry constituents.
• Conduct Regional and Dealership training seminars designed to increase dealer profitability and product sales penetration.
• Develop and utilize Manager and Company approved training and marketing materials.
• Assist Dealers efforts to comply with applicable laws and regulations via best practice reviews and ongoing training.
• Market and facilitate Dealer participation in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes hosted by Safe-Guard.
• Educate and train all applicable departments and personnel on the features, benefits and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Implement action plans for increased sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Advance relationships with key partners and work closely to develop win/win strategies to improve productivity.

Regional Performance Manager – Automotive F&I

Business Development Rep

• Engage in business development and account management activities within assigned territory to grow revenue and achieve sales business objectives
• Leverage Safe-Guard’s branded training platform as a strategic differentiator and value add to dealer partners
• Partner with the sales management team to drive initiatives that maximize sales revenue and assigned objectives for dealer partners and Safe-Guard
• Conduct Dealer training seminars designed to increase dealer profitability and product sales penetration
• Utilize approved training and marketing materials
• Assist Dealers’ efforts to comply with applicable laws and regulations via best practice reviews and ongoing training
• Market and facilitate Dealer participation in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes hosted by Safe-Guard
• Insure the training of all dealer personnel on the features, benefits and value add of product offering
• Implement action plans for increased sales of product suite offering
• Initiate and drive dealer conversions through continuous presentation meetings

Account Development Manager – Automotive F&I

Sales

• Actively prospect for new leads by identifying and researching potential dealer groups, leveraging industry insights, and capitalizing on referrals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the prospect's needs, goals, and strategic alignment with Safe-Guard's solutions.
• Initiate and lead the sales cycle from first contact to close, including conducting needs assessments, developing compelling strategic proposals, and presenting customized solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize new business contracts, ensuring favorable terms and a smooth transition to implementation.
• Guide the successful launch of new programs for newly acquired dealer groups, coordinating with internal teams and providing initial guidance.
• Work collaboratively with the Manager of Customer Success to ensure a seamless handover and transition of new accounts for ongoing management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of assigned dealer groups, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with assigned accounts to ensure product adoption, maximize penetration, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, including prospecting efforts, pipeline status, and client interactions in the company CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com).
• Regularly report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health to NVR leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver tailored solutions and support sales efforts.
