About the role
- Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
- Work closely with senior management in supporting the organization.
- Carry out responsibilities in employee relations, benefits management, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
- Help recruit employees, screen job candidates, assist with new hire orientation, create job descriptions, schedule interviews, and perform various administrative tasks.
- Maintain employment records, employee data, contracts and databases.
- Answer employee questions and help them understand company policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
