**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Sales, Presales, or Commercial roles within AI, CX, or enterprise software.
Track record of delivering growth in regional or multi-country markets.
**Preferred / Advantageous Certifications**
Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Azure AI Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) desirable.
Vendor certifications in CX/CCaaS platforms (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, NICE) an advantage.
Commercial sales training certifications (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, Challenger, Miller Heiman) highly desirable
