Requirements
Strategic operator with a product management, consulting, or operational efficiency background.
7+ years’ professional experience with proven delivery of operational/productivity outcomes (not just project outputs).
Strong record of achieving success from cross-functional workstreams.
Experience with workflow engineering, RPA, and productivity tooling (not only AI).
Commercially minded, you can quantify ROI and build compelling business cases.
Excellent communicator and persuader; you can win buy-in at all levels.
Hands-on and outcome-driven; you thrive in roles where you both design strategy and deliver execution.
Technically curious: familiar with AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, generative vs. classical ML), but not necessarily a coder.
