• Diagnose workflows across Ops, Legal, People, GTM, Finance to identify high-impact opportunities for AI/automation
• Design, test, and deploy AI-powered tools (agents, copilots, workflow automations) to improve efficiency and quality
• Own InfoSec and compliance requirements for any AI tools or agents adopted
• Collaborate with the Tech team to integrate, extend, or build bespoke AI/automation when off-the-shelf solutions don’t suffice
• Lead uptake across teams: training, documentation, evangelism, and enabling people to become fluent with AI tooling
• Define, track, and report on KPIs related to adoption, time saved, error reduction, and business impact
• Partner with leaders across the business and InfoSec to deliver compliant, usable AI tools that deliver measurable value
