• Lead Generation: Utilize marketing campaigns, online research, and other lead generation methods to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
• Data Gathering: Research and gather information on prospects, including their needs, challenges, and key decision-makers. Mostly focused on the largest companies, across Financial Service and Retail in the UK.
• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound phone calls to prospects to introduce our company, identify their pain points, and assess their interest in our products/services.
• Qualification: Qualify leads by evaluating their potential as clients based on predefined criteria, and categorize them accordingly.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring they are engaged and well-informed about our offerings.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring that all necessary information is passed along.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the sales and management teams.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a consistent lead generation process.
• Marketing actions include; setting up lead generating events locally together with the global and local team. And follow up these events for meeting creation.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
