Accounting Manager

• Review and prepare invoices per contract and regulations

Business Development Rep

• Responsible for leading growth strategy, capture execution, and customer engagement across U.S. Space-focused markets including the U.S. Space Force (USSF), Space Development Agency (SDA), and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
• Identify, shape, and win new business opportunities that directly align with the company’s strengths in Digital Lifecycle Solutions (DLS), Digital Mission Engineering & Operations (DMEO), and the Digital Engineering Ecosystem Platform (DEEP).
• Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline of qualified opportunities in USSF, SDA, and MDA, with emphasis on programs requiring DLS, DMEO, and DEEP capabilities.
• Drive pipeline maturation through qualification, gate reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead capture and proposal efforts that convert opportunities into new business awards.
• Achieve annual new business bookings targets consistent with company growth objectives.
• Develop and manage annual growth budgets, including Bid & Proposal (B&P) planning and execution.
• Ensure capture and proposal investments are balanced with win probability, pipeline health, and corporate strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and expand trusted relationships across government and space organization and strategic industry partners.
• Represent the company at industry forums and conferences to enhance visibility and includes across the space community.
• Partner with Sabel Digital Labs (SDL) – to align capture strategies with solution roadmaps and technical innovations tied to DLS, DMEO, and DEEP.
• Coordinate with Contracts departments, on NDAs, TAs that strengthen competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with HR/Talent ensuring key personnel/workforce strategies associated with pre-award activities are aligned with customer requirements.

Vice President of Business Development – Space

Customer Support

• Support the use and administration of the NextStage CRM platform.
• Assist with building, tracking, and maintaining GovCon sales pipelines.
• Conduct PWIN (Probability of Win) calculations and assessments.
• Provide support in capture and business development efforts, including opportunity tracking and follow-up.
• Research and identify new GovCon opportunities using platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, and agency forecasts.
• Ensure data integrity and timeliness of updates within the CRM.
• Collaborate with capture managers and proposal teams to align pipeline with strategic priorities.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support executive-level decision making.

Business Development Support Specialist

• Lead Business Development (BD) and Capture Strategies specifically tailored to Space Force opportunities, identifying and pursuing contracts within the digital engineering ecosystem
• Collaborating closely with Business Units leads to align BD strategies with portfolio capabilities, ensuring proposal solutions leverage Sabel’s core strengths and meet Space mission needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Space decisions-makers, program offices, industry partners, and internal staff to expand Sabel’s footprint in the Space market
• Conduct Market Analysis, competitive intelligence, and opportunity assessments, in partnership with Business Units to inform bid/no-bid decisions and shape winning proposals
• Lead/Support Capture Management, including teaming agreements, proposal development within the Space accounts, ensuring alignment with Space requirements and Business Units’ needs
• Track and report on pipeline development, win rates, and growth metrics, providing insights to Executive Leadership to support overall company strategy
• Represent Sabel Systems at industry events, conferences, and Space-focused forums to enhance visibility and foster new business opportunities, coordinating with Business Units and other BD Directors to showcase Sabel’s relevant capabilities
