About the role
- Liaison between Special Asset Officer and Other Departments
- Attend client calls with Special Asset Officers to ground understanding of the client’s business
- Conduct site visits and document vacancy / occupancy, as well as, general property conditions
- Monitor credit performance of client portfolios
- Performs annual reviews for client relationships within the assigned special asset portfolio
- Provides guidance and oversight to Special Asset Portfolio Manager I or II.
Requirements
- Provides relationship management to Special Asset Officers for an assigned portfolio including of a 15 - 20 commercial loan workout relationships
- Analyzing collateral quality
- Performing lease analysis for potential rent roll down / expirations / vacancy
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
