About the role
- Manage and maximize strategic and operational alignment for the facilities under their responsibility
- Contribute to the ownership, execution and monitoring of the 2025–2030 strategic plan and the sector’s three-year action plans
- Foster an agile, matrixed, inclusive, high-performing and pleasant working dynamic within the directorate
- Support facilities in implementing efficient operations
- Collaborate with the Services and Customer Experience Directorate in developing standards, strategies and guidelines that affect the customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or another appropriate discipline
- At least ten years of experience in operations management, including at least five years in a senior management role involving demonstrated achievements in planning, managing, directing and controlling operations
- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to Sépaq (asset)
- Leadership, strategic vision and political acumen
- Sense of urgency and versatility
- Availability for regular travel depending on season and emergencies
- Availability to work occasional weekends
