About the role
- Support business growth and increase client productivity and efficiency through effective use of Counterparty Manager products.
- The role offers exposure across business functions including commercial, operations, product development, and sales.
- You will have the opportunity to partner with other colleagues across Enterprise Solutions, including Support, Product and Technology to ensure optimal implementation and project outcomes for our client base with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Become highly skilled in the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions such as Request for Amendment, Onboarding Accelerator, CLM Pro and KYC.
- Providing support to Practice Lead in sales pipeline/opportunity management
- Primarily responsible for designing solutions to meet Customer needs (during the sales process to delivery stages)
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
- Providing support to clients throughout their implementation project lifecycle
- Providing support to the Senior Consultant across multiple Implementation projects, using best practice for effective for Onboarding Accelerator, CLM Pro and KYC.
- Delivering on identified requirements.
- Providing support to Project Management team.
- Maintaining good client relationships and building credibility.

- Experience in client servicing
