The role offers exposure across business functions including commercial, operations, product development, and sales.
You will have the opportunity to partner with other colleagues across Enterprise Solutions, including Support, Product and Technology to ensure optimal implementation and project outcomes for our client base with a focus on continuous improvement.
Become highly skilled in the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions such as Request for Amendment, Onboarding Accelerator, CLM Pro and KYC.
Providing support to Practice Lead in sales pipeline/opportunity management
Primarily responsible for designing solutions to meet Customer needs (during the sales process to delivery stages)
Communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
Providing support to clients throughout their implementation project lifecycle
Providing support to the Senior Consultant across multiple Implementation projects, using best practice for effective for Onboarding Accelerator, CLM Pro and KYC.
Delivering on identified requirements.
Providing support to Project Management team.
Maintaining good client relationships and building credibility.
Requirements
Experience in client servicing
Detail-oriented and a thorough problem-solver
Organized and diligent with excellent time management
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
Excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively
Comfortable working in team environments and interacting with stakeholders at all levels of our business
