Responsible for recruiting, training, educating, motivating and maintaining National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service and conserve business
Contribute to effective relationships between the producers and Home Office departments
Help analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs
Meet or exceed assigned production plan
Provide training and ongoing development of producers in assigned area
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Life & health licensing required (if not currently licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire)
3-5+ years of sales and/or account management in the voluntary benefits, employee benefits, and/or ancillary space
A broker network in Houston is a requirement of the role
Ability to travel 2-3 days per week throughout Austin, Houston, and San Antonio
