About the role
- Manage and expand relationships for a book of business of third-party reseller partners, optimizing revenue streams and transactional volume.
- Identify and address customer issues, collaborating with our data and operations teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Attend trade shows, client offices, and key industry events to represent S&P Global Mobility and foster expanded business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, sharing insights internally to enhance our strategic approach.
- Partner with Product teams to develop new solutions and improve existing offerings in response to customer needs.
- Optimize pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability for our clients.
- Work closely with contracts and legal departments to navigate agreements and compliance.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of account management experience, ideally in the auto insurance sector or related entities that support it.
- Experience working with and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with DPPA and privacy regulations is a plus.
- Experience carrying a sales quota is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients both virtually and in-person.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Background in contract management and legal compliance is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
