Requirements

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Proven track record leading large-scale HR technology transformations and AI implementation initiatives in enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar, along with AI/ML technologies including natural language processing, predictive analytics, or machine learning frameworks.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value and ROI.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite executives.
Experience with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks in HR contexts.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements and risk management (Preferred).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and modern data architecture including data lakes, APIs, and integration platforms (Preferred).
Track record of driving organizational change management and digital adoption across large, geographically distributed teams (Preferred).
Advanced certifications in relevant technologies, project management (PMP, Agile), or HR technology platforms (Preferred).
