About the role

  • Lead global People Solutions strategy and digital transformation initiatives, while embedding AI adoption and automation of technologies that enhance employee experience.
  • Oversee People Services operations and delivery, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence across HR shared services, case management, and employee support functions while continuously improving KPIs and SLAs.
  • Drive the strategic development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives that modernize HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
  • Partner with Digital Technology Services and AI+ People Strategy team to develop and implement AI-first enhancements across core HR processes.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and deploy HR technology solutions that support business growth and decision making, maintaining data privacy, security, compliance standards, and strong data integrity.
  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices for HR technology implementation and People Solutions support, ensuring responsible and transparent use of technology.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI practices, with focus on stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale HR technology transformations and AI implementation initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar, along with AI/ML technologies including natural language processing, predictive analytics, or machine learning frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value and ROI.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Experience with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks in HR contexts.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements and risk management (Preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and modern data architecture including data lakes, APIs, and integration platforms (Preferred).
  • Track record of driving organizational change management and digital adoption across large, geographically distributed teams (Preferred).
  • Advanced certifications in relevant technologies, project management (PMP, Agile), or HR technology platforms (Preferred).
