About the role

  • Enable global research team and ensure 100+ data forecasts are published monthly on time and fully valid.
  • Respond to global research teams' requests for adjustments to internal forecasting tool (metadata changes, data dictionaries, publication processes).
  • Understand, organize, prioritize, and implement requested changes into the forecasting tool within a short time frame.
  • Effectively communicate status of requests with estimates to research team and leadership.
  • Document user challenges and devise potential solutions; ensure leadership awareness of common and urgent issues.
  • Triage user issues through necessary channels.
  • Collaborate with system development team to proactively increase efficiencies and quality.
  • Perform ad-hoc data manipulation and analysis: aggregation, joins, cleansing, transposing, renaming, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Python and Generative AI is desirable.
  • Strong analytical thought process and a drive for learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed Operations team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
