Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B services, or a similar business environment.
Prior experience managing teams and driving measurable performance improvements.
Proven ability to lead through complexity, solve problems strategically, and inspire high engagement and accountability.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor, with a passion for process excellence and continuous improvement.
Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and an ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
Experience with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant reporting or contract tools.
