About the role
- Act as an industry liaison for regulatory policy, including engagement with trade associations
- Monitor regulatory changes and lead impact assessments of new regulations
- Maintain U.S. Recovery and Resolution Plans and other regulatory submissions
- Manage complex Recovery and Resolution Planning strategies and assessments
- Provide technical expertise and oversight to the Recovery and Resolution Planning team
- Lead meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Advise senior management on strategy and execution
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong experience in developing high-quality, well-structured regulatory submissions
- Ability to translate business, legal, and financial risk concepts into concise narratives
- Experience in financial contingency planning, liquidity/capital management
- Experience in regulatory compliance and conducting regulatory change impact assessments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements by the Federal Reserve, FDIC and OCC
- Experience implementing programs to satisfy regulatory requirements
- Experience with the WDesk/Workiva platform
