Project Manager

• Lead and oversee TPS projects across Germany, with a focus on the installation of DC and AC converter/inverter systems in substations.
• Ensure that project execution meets technical, financial and schedule targets while complying with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Meet customer expectations in terms of quality, functionality, schedule and cost within available resources and budget constraints.
• Take overall responsibility for the full lifecycle of TPS projects in Germany, from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement and site operations.
• Award and manage subcontracted services.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications for DC and AC substations and that these meet customer requirements from the scope of work.
• Oversee and provide technical and organizational leadership for DC systems within the Sécheron Group, from planning to on-site commissioning.

• Communicate and coordinate with clients, authorities and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Responsible for scheduling, cost estimation, project controlling and reporting to divisional management.
• Manage customer issues, claims and changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance with the goal of reducing execution risk and increasing margin.

Head of Project Management

Sales

• Drive sales activities for DC & AC electrical equipment for railways & mass transit systems, mining and other industry sectors in the US market.
• Interface with headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland with engineering, sales and other departments to coordinate the sales action in the US.
• Expand footprint of Electrical Safety Solutions products in existing and new industry sectors in this region.
• Support the product line managers and the marketing department in developing the product economics.
• Drive local sales activities with promotion, offer preparation, and acquisition actions.
• Present and defense of offers in front of customers and potential partners.
• Act as Key Account Manager for major clients.
• Execute sales strategies and secure achievement of targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to take corresponding actions and adjust were required sales strategy.

Full-stack Engineer

• Drive the development of robust, secure, and industrial-grade embedded solutions.
• Assist support and project teams in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
• Develop and maintain embedded Linux systems.

• Provide technical support and guidance to troubleshoot and debug systems.

Embedded Linux Development Engineer

• Responsible for all phases of North American customer projects involving traction power substation activities
• Organize and manage all tasks related to project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Close out including cross-functional team collaboration with manufacturing facilities located in Europe.
• Ensure the scope of materials and services is delivered in accordance with the customer contract, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and product performance
• Proactively coordinate and facilitate design processes, submittals, approvals, production, and delivery logistics with suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain the highest standard of self-discipline regarding accountability and constant communication with your client throughout the project lifecycle (design, submittals, approvals, productions, deliveries, tests & commissioning, warranty period)

QA Engineer

• Zajištění kompletního testování trakčních měničů po elektro/SW stránce – funkční testy, simulace a jejich vyhodnocování
• Provedení a vyhodnocení standardizovaných testů
• Nahrání a odladění SW, případné drobné úpravy v SW na ovládání měniřny
• Nalézání nových řešení, inovace
• Administrativní činnost spojená s testováním – protokoly, FAT reporty
• Komunikace a předání měniřny zákazníkovi během FAT; řešení problémů a reklamací
• Cestování spojené s předáváním měničů v místě dodání (případně)
• Spolupráce s centrálou společnosti v Ženevě

Test Engineer

QA Automation Engineer

• Serve as local point of reference for routine testing and production automation
• Act as production referent for Routine Test to ensure quality of prototyping, pre-series and mass production
• Serve as local referent for automation and LabVIEW applications
• Implement technical data in ERP & PLM software
• Update documentation following production feedback
• Design and develop automation software add-ons and hardware in accordance with CE norms
• Act as back-up of Schematic Engineer for industrialization of bundles
• Work independently, demonstrate versatility, and keep up with latest technologies and regulatory developments

Test and Automation Engineer

• Sécheron Hasler Group: Swiss engineering leader in high-power electrical and electronic equipment for railways and renewable energy.
• Join the Traction Power Systems team in Geneva to design, build and maintain test systems and validate device quality.
• Design and maintain test benches (hardware and software) and create intuitive HMIs for testing.
• Run software validation on various products and write clear test cases using Squash; document results in reports or wikis.
• Keep production benches running, assist with prototype setups, work with electrical schematics and basic electrotechnical tasks.
• Use tools like Python, Git and the NI tool suite; possibly C#, LabVIEW or similar; ensure compliance with railway and electrical standards and maintain version control.
• Work in a small, collaborative team valuing good humor, empathy, and open collaboration.
