About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for products and services, including issuing purchase orders
Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), conduct price comparisons, and evaluate supplier offers
Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor agreements, including pricing and key terms, in close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering
Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and purchasing efficiency
Manage contract changes, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial alignment
Support billing processes, including invoice verification and cost tracking
Maintain and analyze procurement and supplier data to support decision-making
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing (technical background is a strong advantage)
Solid experience in contract management, negotiation, billing, and supplier communication
Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B2); any additional language is an advantage
