Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate activities and posts across different channels, such as digital, events, and social media.
Manage the company’s social media profiles, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and monitoring social media trends to adapt content strategies accordingly.
Create engaging marketing materials, including writing and editing copy for brochures, newsletters, blog posts, email campaigns, podcast episodes and social media posts.
Use design tools to create visual content, such as infographics, videos, and images that complement written content and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Organize and manage events and promotional activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
3+ years of professional social media marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of the relevant and upcoming social media channels and platforms, and how each platform can be leveraged in different scenarios.
Background in community management and experience working with community management tools.
Proven ability to write and edit communications and articulate the brand 'voice' in a creative, compelling, and witty manner.
Experience using graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. (preferred)
Advanced experience with analytical tools. (preferred)
