Defining structure, standards, tools, and processes for digital deliveries
Develop and implement project governance frameworks including project charters, stakeholder engagement strategies, and risk management protocols
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage resources, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Audit and continuously improve the website launch process; identify bottlenecks and introduce scalable solutions
Design and implement tools, workflows, and methodologies to improve launch speed, quality, and predictability
Lead the end-to-end launch function including project planning, development, QA, analytics implementation, and go-live execution
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
Prepare and present regular updates, metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Lead and mentor multiple teams, including project managers, web developers, QA analysts, and coordinators
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the launch and project delivery teams
Assist in maintaining quality and consistency across projects, including updates to previously deployed projects when templates or processes change
Oversee the development and improvement of training materials, documentation, and process guides
Support onboarding and mentorship of new hires on the Launch Services team
Provide ongoing training and knowledge-sharing to ensure team alignment and growth
Oversee the portfolio of website projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
Requirements
10+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, and launch operations within high-volume digital marketing agency environments
8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams across all levels (ICs, Managers, and Directors) in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Proven success in building and scaling launch functions from the ground up, with deep expertise in campaign workflows including website launches, tracking implementation, QA, and deployment best practices
Strategic and hands-on operator with a strong command of digital marketing campaign execution and technical onboarding elements
Extensive experience managing complex, multi-brand portfolios and driving alignment across stakeholders in fast-paced organizations
Proficient in project planning and collaboration tools (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, Wrike, Hive, ClickUp)
Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting/dashboard systems
Adept at balancing multiple priorities, delivering training, and mentoring teams to elevate operational performance
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (preferred)
