Customer Success Manager

• - Develop and oversee the execution of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies that align with and exceed client goals
• - Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client
• - Communicate effectively with clients via phone/email/Zoom on a weekly basis, addressing requests and managing projects through the internal project management system
• - Analyze and interpret data from industry platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, GA4 etc., and create actionable insights and proactive recommendations in the form of comprehensive campaign performance reports
• - Foster relationships with strategic partners for RYNO’s clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, acting as a trusted advisor
• - Expand client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated within your accounts
• - Generate client referrals that result in new RYNO clients
• - Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts/strategists, and additional team members to ensure alignment with client goals

Client Success Manager

Performance Marketing

• Develop and continuously refine the agency’s comprehensive paid media strategy and operating playbook, balancing foundational high-intent search with paid social, OTT, and emerging channels.
• Drive strategic testing, platform expansion, and service innovation to strengthen performance and expand the agency's competitive advantage
• Lead the strategic adoption of AI-driven tools, including Google AI-Max and evolving LLM-driven search behaviors, identifying how generative AI changes the path to purchase
• Identify and implement emerging technologies that improve campaign performance, targeting, and scalability across paid channels
• Serve as the agency’s primary thought leader on paid media innovation, translating changes across search, social, and AI ecosystems into scalable service offerings, best practices, and competitive advantage.
• Share strategic insights that elevate internal expertise and strengthen the agency's position as an industry leader
• Design and scale the paid media department structure to support operational efficiency, service excellence, and long-term growth
• Lead team development through hiring, resource planning, coaching, and mentorship, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and solution-oriented thinking
• Evaluate, procure, and implement tools, systems, and automation that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and service delivery
• Oversee scalable processes for campaign management, data collection, and measurement across all paid media platforms.
• Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts, partnering with client leadership to drive retention, growth, and long-term success
• Support the sales team by shaping strategy and scoping complex, multi-channel opportunities for prospective clients
• Manage executive relationships with Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Yelp to pilot new capabilities and maintain first-to-market advantages
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, SEO, Web, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on integrated strategy and execution for our clients

Head of Paid Media

• Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
• Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery.
• Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance
• Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders
• Effectively communicate what is happening in the campaigns, why it’s happening and what we’re doing about it to continually improve performance to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients in front of their competitors through paid media campaigns
• Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance
• Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools
• Collaborate with Paid Media Operations team on new account and/or new campaign launches
• Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests
• Other duties as assigned by management
