Client Success Director

Social Media Manager

• Develop and execute RYNO's social media strategy across all platforms, focusing on maximizing engagement, expanding audience, and achieving cultural relevance.
• Own the entire social strategy workflow, including content planning, publishing, and calendar alignment in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively drive innovation by translating platform trends, new tools, and best practices into brand-aligned executions.
• Own social reporting and analytics, ensuring data-driven insights are consistently applied to inform both strategic and creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all visual and narrative content maintains the brand's distinct, elevated aesthetic and voice.
• Spot misplaced commas and prevent brand-damaging typos before publication.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all social media policies and workflows.
• Establish and cultivate positive, efficient working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive cross-functional planning and successful project execution.

Senior Social Media Specialist

Content Marketing Manager

• Develop a deep understanding of RYNO’s SEO best practices and the home services industry
• Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables by mastering RYNO’s content guidelines
• Order new content assignments from designated queues, ensuring proper client alignment and adherence to SEO goals
• Write and edit blog and landing page content that meets client objectives and follows RYNO standards
• Review and edit submitted content for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and compliance with internal requirements
• Conduct quality checks to confirm all content meets RYNO’s expectations before publishing or approval
• Develop and refine detailed, SEO-informed outlines for writers to execute with clarity and consistency
• Publish and format content in WordPress, including metadata, internal linking, and featured images
• Apply internal linking, category tagging, and basic navigation updates to enhance site structure and SEO performance
• Monitor and manage content queues to ensure deadlines are met and workloads remain balanced across projects
• Track and log time accurately in Salesforce for visibility and workflow management
• Collaborate with Content Strategists, freelancers, and SEO specialists to ensure alignment with campaign goals and client strategies

Content Coordinator

• Develop and oversee the execution of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies that align with and exceed client goals
• Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone/email/Zoom on a weekly basis, addressing requests and managing projects through the internal project management system
• Analyze and interpret data from industry platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, GA4 etc., and create actionable insights and proactive recommendations in the form of comprehensive campaign performance reports
• Foster relationships with strategic partners for RYNO’s clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, acting as a trusted advisor
• Expand client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated within your accounts
• Generate client referrals that result in new RYNO clients

• Defining structure, standards, tools, and processes for digital deliveries
• Develop and implement project governance frameworks including project charters, stakeholder engagement strategies, and risk management protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage resources, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Audit and continuously improve the website launch process; identify bottlenecks and introduce scalable solutions
• Design and implement tools, workflows, and methodologies to improve launch speed, quality, and predictability
• Lead the end-to-end launch function including project planning, development, QA, analytics implementation, and go-live execution
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
