Customer Success Manager

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned book of business to retain and grow client accounts
• Handle inbound client requests using internal ticketing system and deliver timely, thorough responses
• Proactively interact with clients to ensure marketing strategy aligns with their business goals
• Complete marketing recap reports and meet with clients to review campaign performance
• Provide strategic recommendations and communicate client needs to internal teams (developers, designers, SEO Analysts, Paid Media Specialists)
• Communicate with clients weekly via phone and email
• Assist Senior Client Success Managers with day-to-day tasks for large accounts and partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and client industry trends to improve client experience
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention
