About the role
- Driving sales processes with both new and existing customers
- Managing your own pipeline and achieving KPIs and targets
- Ensuring smooth handovers of new customers to delivery teams
- Providing feedback to marketing and product teams for platform improvements
- Ensuring effective customer management in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within IT/software solutions
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Structured, goal-oriented, and able to manage both individual and team-focused sales processes
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
