• Own and grow a portfolio of 15–20 life sciences enterprise accounts, ensuring clients view RxVantage as a trusted, strategic partner.
• Drive client success by proactively meeting known needs, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction.
• Lead strategic account planning, aligning on client priorities, challenges, and goals while collaborating closely with Business Development to identify expansion opportunities.

• Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
• Create a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how RxVantage can benefit their business
• Understand RxVantage’s offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospects needs

Operations

• Process inbound data packages from clients to produce the desired results
• Plan, collaborate, communicate, and complete the process to ensure client data is processed efficiently, correctly, and on time
• Provide support for enterprise and verification life science clients, handling both client and internal escalations
• Enter client configurations for data processing
• Conduct in-depth analyses and QC checks on inbound data files and manipulate data as needed manually
