About the role
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities (Road, Air & Ocean)
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with RXO's strategic goals (UK Export & Import)
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using outbound efforts, networking, and CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and implementation teams to deliver seamless client onboarding
- Use our CRM to maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and client engagements
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solutions-based selling environment
- Strong understanding of European logistics networks and customer pain points
- Ideally located in the south, or a willingness to be in the office a few times each month.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel and meet customers across the UK and Europe
