Account Executive

• You research and identify relevant target companies, create structured, data-driven prospecting lists, and reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Together with our Sales Director, you develop a reliable and scalable sales pipeline.
• You conduct structured initial meetings and discovery calls, analyze requirements, use cases, and decision-making structures, and qualify opportunities based on clear criteria for the next steps in the sales process.
• You combine modern research methods, data sources, buying signals, and AI-based personalization to efficiently identify suitable target accounts, prioritize relevant contacts, and prepare qualified conversations.
• You develop audience-specific outreach sequences and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, personalization, and channel selection based on campaign, engagement, and performance data.
• You reliably structure and maintain HubSpot, document activities, contacts, and opportunities transparently, and create the foundation for data-driven management of outreach, forecasting, and deal progress.
• You support the development and refinement of Clay workflows and connect HubSpot, Clay, and other outreach, data, and GTM tools into efficient prospecting and automation processes.
• You design and test new campaigns, sequences, and workflows, systematically evaluate results, and optimize processes based on relevant metrics to sustainably improve efficiency, data quality, and conversion rates.

• In dieser Rolle verbindest du Business Development mit datenbasiertem Prospecting, AI Tools, automatisierten Workflows und strukturierten Outbound Prozessen.
• Gemeinsam mit unserem Sales Director entwickelst du skalierbare Prozesse für ein modernes B2B SaaS Umfeld.
• Du recherchierst und qualifizierst relevante Zielunternehmen, analysierst Märkte und Ansprechpartner, arbeitest mit CRM und Sales Tools und entwickelst personalisierte Outreach Sequenzen über verschiedene Kanäle.
• Neben der operativen Ansprache potenzieller Kunden führst du kurze Discovery Calls, dokumentierst relevante Daten sauber im CRM und unterstützt dabei, Lead Scoring, Datenanreicherung, Automatisierungen und Übergaben an den weiteren Sales Prozess kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

• You help set up initial Clay workflows and connect HubSpot, Clay, and other outreach and GTM tools into efficient prospecting and outreach processes
• You test new campaigns, analyze results, and continuously improve processes, sequences, and workflows to sustainably increase efficiency and conversion rates.
