About the role
- Onboarding new employees - you’ll fully own the onboarding process, acting as the main point of contact to ensure every new joiner has a seamless and positive experience from the moment they accept their offer. You’ll generate employment contracts, manage essential background and Right to Work checks, and ensure all personal and payroll details are captured so everyone is paid accurately and on time. You’ll also ensure new starters are set up on all of our core platforms before their first day.
- Inducting new employees - you’ll work with line managers to ensure a thorough induction is put in place and that they are aware of the probationary period review process.
- Offboarding leavers - you’ll provide a positive exit experience for people moving on, ensuring resignations as dealt with promptly and all necessary exit steps are completed for both the HR and Payroll Teams.
- Data - you’ll ensure our HR and Payroll systems are always up to date and provide ad-hoc reports for the wider HR teams (or for external requests), when required.
- Other - you’ll get involved in a wide variety of other administrative responsibilities, for example, employment change letters, maintaining the HR Master Tracker, supporting the wider HR team with projects, maintaining all HR systems (15five, Travel Perk,), responding to reference requests, and updating our benefits platforms. You’ll ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
