Creative Support Specialist – Enterprise

Accounting Manager

• Lead revenue recognition end-to-end, including reviewing contracts, identifying performance obligations, standalone selling price, evaluating non-standard deal structures, and maintaining ASC 606 policies as our business evolves
• Advise Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on the accounting implications of new and non-standard arrangements, including guidance on contract structure and go-to-market strategy
• Implement technical recommendations to accounting operations and support execution across general ledger needs
• Research and document accounting positions on complex or non-routine transactions, producing clear, audit-ready technical memos
• Track emerging FASB standards, assess their impact, and drive adoption efforts; apply technical judgment across areas such as ASC 842, ASC 718, and ASC 350-40 as they arise
• Own financial statement technical disclosures and support quarterly and annual reporting
• Serve as a key contact for external auditors including preparing well-organized support and responding to technical inquiries

Technical Accounting Manager

Accountant

• Execute a timely and accurate monthly close, including prepare and post journal entries and fluxes, maintain account reconciliations, and investigate and resolve variances
• Support accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections follow-up, cash application, and aging review
• Support accounts payable operations, including reviewing and reconciling invoices and cash management
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows such as document procedures, strengthen controls, and drive consistency as the team scales

• Own the company's integrated financial model, including 3-statement projections, scenario analyses, and long-range plan, creating frameworks to guide dynamic resource adjustments as the business scales or market conditions shift
• Drive strategic analyses to inform resource allocation, from competitive positioning to headcount planning to build-vs-buy decisions
• Support strategic partnership and commercial deal evaluation, including financial modeling for licensing agreements, pricing structures, and infrastructure investments
• Build and validate operating models for key business segments tracking unit economics, cohort retention, capacity utilization, and more
• Manage data analyses and key operating dashboards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a coherent narrative across all reporting

• Work closely with our hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and come up with innovative recruiting strategies
• Track all search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting team
