Product Designer

• Own growth-critical surfaces including pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows from concept through shipped, tested experiments
• Translate ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn goals into design hypotheses and testable interface changes
• Design and interpret A/B tests and other experiments with growth engineering and data
• Collaborate with growth engineering and product to ship experiments quickly and turn successful experiments into permanent product surfaces
• Contribute to visual and interaction consistency between growth surfaces and the broader product
• Set design direction for Runway’s growth surfaces
• Mentor other designers working in the funnel
