Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, execute with rigor, and measure what matters
Own initiatives such as psych provider quality reviews, note quality improvements, and AI-powered documentation programs, with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes

Requirements

5+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, operations, consulting, banking, or similarly analytical environments
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, analysis, large datasets)
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, high-visibility projects
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
