About the role
- You will play a vital role in our mission to help patients access quality mental healthcare by ensuring our internal infrastructure is secure, efficient, and scalable.
- You will focus on building and managing identity services that provide seamless, secure user access across the entire organization, allowing our staff to focus on patient-centered work rather than technical friction.
- This position is designed for a creative problem-solver who wants to shape how modern IT is performed in a fast-growing SaaS environment by designing solutions that integrate complex identity systems and company-wide automation.
- You will drive the design and implementation of automated workflows across a critical SaaS ecosystem, including platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub.

- We are looking for an engineer with a "builder’s mindset" who thrives on making systems simpler and smarter, while serving as a mentor to teammates to raise the overall technical bar of our IT operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering or Systems Administration, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience managing macOS environments and MDM platforms like Intune and Iru (Kandji).
- Experience with modern authentication standards and protocols, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and SCIM.
- Demonstrated experience managing identity lifecycle processes, including automated onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex workflows using platforms such as Okta Workflows, Workato, or Stitchflow
Benefits
- 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)

- New hire home office stipend: Set up your workspace for success
- Quarterly department stipend: Fund team-building activities or in-person gatherings
