You will focus on building and managing identity services that provide seamless, secure user access across the entire organization, allowing our staff to focus on patient-centered work rather than technical friction.
This position is designed for a creative problem-solver who wants to shape how modern IT is performed in a fast-growing SaaS environment by designing solutions that integrate complex identity systems and company-wide automation.
You will drive the design and implementation of automated workflows across a critical SaaS ecosystem, including platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub.
You will eliminate manual "toil," streamline lifecycle processes like onboarding and offboarding, and harden our device management infrastructure.
We are looking for an engineer with a "builder’s mindset" who thrives on making systems simpler and smarter, while serving as a mentor to teammates to raise the overall technical bar of our IT operations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT Engineering or Systems Administration, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Experience managing macOS environments and MDM platforms like Intune and Iru (Kandji).
Experience with modern authentication standards and protocols, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and SCIM.
Demonstrated experience managing identity lifecycle processes, including automated onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC)
Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex workflows using platforms such as Okta Workflows, Workato, or Stitchflow
