About the role

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreaching, consulting, and closing providers within the SMB market
  • Align the goals of Primary Care Providers with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula
  • Be a high velocity sales professional getting commitments and subsequent referrals from multiple providers each week
  • Join a fast-growing team that has already grown 10x this past year

Requirements

  • 2+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
  • 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
  • Experience exceeding annual quotas >75% of career
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool
  • Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
  • Experience selling to a variety of personas in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers
  • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
  • Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1
  • Been promoted internally in previous sales role(s)
