About the role
- Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreaching, consulting, and closing providers within the SMB market
- Align the goals of Primary Care Providers with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula
- Be a high velocity sales professional getting commitments and subsequent referrals from multiple providers each week
- Join a fast-growing team that has already grown 10x this past year
Requirements
- 2+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
- 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
- Experience exceeding annual quotas >75% of career
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool
- Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
- Experience selling to a variety of personas in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers
- Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
- Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1
- Been promoted internally in previous sales role(s)
