About the role

  • Effectively partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders
  • Partner with business leaders to meet organizational objectives, including talent management, organization development (change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning), and employee engagement
  • Partners with Corporate HR teams, HR Centers of Excellence and the People Services organization implement program strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives of the organization
  • Coach leaders and employees to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, infuse talent into the organization and improve bench strength
  • Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, talent development and other topics
  • Drive talent reviews, associated talent calibration activities and associated action plans within their client group
  • Lead HR core processes: performance development, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation
  • Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business
  • Objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations issues and work with appropriate organizational stakeholders
  • Participates and collaborates as an integral part of the Corporate HR team
  • Develops and leads HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations
  • Participates in and promotes a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations
  • Travel up to 10%, or as needed

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 7 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in a business partner or generalist role
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment
  • U.S Citizenship is required, as only U.S Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/ contract
