Effectively partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders
Partner with business leaders to meet organizational objectives, including talent management, organization development (change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning), and employee engagement
Partners with Corporate HR teams, HR Centers of Excellence and the People Services organization implement program strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives of the organization
Coach leaders and employees to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
Ensure proper staffing levels, infuse talent into the organization and improve bench strength
Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, talent development and other topics
Drive talent reviews, associated talent calibration activities and associated action plans within their client group
Lead HR core processes: performance development, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation
Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business
Objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations issues and work with appropriate organizational stakeholders
Participates and collaborates as an integral part of the Corporate HR team
Develops and leads HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations
Participates in and promotes a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations
Travel up to 10%, or as needed
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 7 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in a business partner or generalist role
Experience working in a complex matrix environment
U.S Citizenship is required, as only U.S Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/ contract
