About the role
- Manage and support the implementation and operation of various GT tools (e.g., SharePoint, Tableau, Dashboards, relational database management systems, and workflows) in partnership with Digital Technology.
- Facilitate and manage the tracking of GT Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) through continuous improvement of key programmatic and business tools, including SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP (and/or related ERP systems), Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Analysis of data analytics to strategically address trends, GT program health, and areas of opportunity across the Collins Aerospace GT program.
- Strategic program management of GT PMO initiatives worldwide to ensure alignment between Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Functional Groups (FGs) and the Central GT team.
- Support, development and sustainment of GT compliance policies, standard work, and training initiatives, working closely with partners from a variety of functions and levels at Collins and RTX.
- Maintain applicable trade compliance records related to the GT Program Office and various tools in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participation in Collins and RTX GT councils and steering committees.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- 5+ years prior experience US Export Regulations (ITAR/EAR)
- 3+ years of program management experience to address GT programmatic issues across a complex and geographically multifaceted company
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
