Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries and concerns
Act as the face of the organization, interacting with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service
Manage repair orders from induction through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Global Trade regulations
Execute contract requirements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
Process and adjudicate warranty claims in a fair and timely manner
Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or on-time delivery
Support accounts receivable dispute resolution, working closely with Finance to drive closure
Drive operational excellence and support compliance in a fast-paced aerospace MRO environment
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree (Bachelor degree) or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required (U.S. person/immigration status requirement)
Working experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration preferred, ideally in aerospace or defense
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a high volume of accounts
Experience with accounts receivable dispute resolution and working with Finance
Knowledge of Global Trade regulations and compliance (for repair order management)
Ability to process and adjudicate warranty claims fairly and timely
