About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers—providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Manage repair orders from induction through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Global Trade regulations
- Execute contract requirements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
- Process and adjudicate warranty claims in a fair and timely manner
- Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or on-time delivery
- Support accounts receivable dispute resolution, working closely with Finance to drive closure
- Interact with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service
- Drive operational excellence and support compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Security Clearance: None/Not Required
- Working experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration, ideally in an aerospace, defense, or similar environment
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to partner with internal operations, engineering, and finance teams
- Experience supporting accounts receivable dispute resolution
