About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers—providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns with professionalism
  • Manage repair orders from induction through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Global Trade regulations
  • Execute contract requirements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
  • Process and adjudicate warranty claims in a fair and timely manner
  • Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or on-time delivery
  • Support accounts receivable dispute resolution, working closely with Finance to drive closure
  • Interact with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service
  • Drive operational excellence and support compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Security Clearance: None/Not Required
  • Working experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration, ideally in an aerospace, defense, or similar environment
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to partner with internal operations, engineering, and finance teams
  • Experience supporting accounts receivable dispute resolution
