Strategic program management of GT PMO initiatives worldwide to ensure alignment between Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Functional Groups (FGs) and the Central GT team
Manage the development, change management and tracking of GT compliance policies, procedures and standard work for the Collins GT Program
Manage and support the development of Collins GT training material and annual training requirements, administered using the Workday tool
Support and development of the annual GT PMO communication strategy including writing communications
Maintain accurate GT professional and GT focal records
Maintenance of the Collins GT Organization Charts
Coordinating and managing the GT PMO site list and ensuring that accurate data is being maintained
Administration of the internal and external GT SharePoint sites and their associated content
Maintain applicable trade compliance records related to the GT Program Office and various tools in accordance with regulatory requirements
Participation in Collins and RTX GT councils and steering committees
Support of GT PMO tools (e.g., SharePoint, Tableau, RISC, Dashboards, relational database management systems, and workflows)
Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
5+ years prior experience US Export Regulations (ITAR/EAR)
3+ years of program management experience to address GT programmatic issues across a complex and geographically multifaced company
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future; the company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position
The company will not seek an export authorization for this role
Willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
Experience writing procedures and training material (preferred)
Aerospace industry experience (preferred)
Understanding of key systems and tools, including SharePoint, Tableau, SAP-GTS, Microsoft SQL Server (preferred), and Microsoft Office
Experience with the RTX/Collins GT Program and current GT-related processes such as classifications, authorizations, logging, compliant transfer modes, record keeping (preferred)
