Serve as strategic partner within Non-Product Supply Chain organization reporting to Senior Manager of Non-Product Supply Chain Contracts
Coordinate with business partners on supply chain contract matters and manage a complex portfolio of supplier contracts
Draft, generate, interpret, and manage large and complex supply chain contract documents
Conduct contract negotiations, contract administration, and ensure contract execution and fulfillment
Review contractual terms and conditions, assess risk, provide legal advice, and maintain historical records
Direct analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters
Manage small- to medium-sized projects and brief management on contract status and contingency plans
Support NDA Center of Excellence by drafting, reviewing, and managing non-disclosure agreements to protect company IP
Support tracking of key functional metrics to improve effectiveness
Communicate with supply chain leadership to develop and implement business objectives
Requirements
University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
U.S. citizenship required
Experience negotiating, reviewing, and editing contracts
Experience with contract administration and contract execution
Legal analysis and review of contractual terms and conditions
Ability to assess risk and prepare legal documentation
Experience managing supplier contracts and complex contract portfolios
Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
Ability to prepare reports and track functional metrics
Ability to manage small- to medium-sized projects and brief management
Must be willing and able to travel 5% of the time
Juris Doctorate or other advanced degree (preferred)
Aerospace contracts experience (preferred)
Experience working in a large matrixed organization (preferred)
