About the role
- Fulfill assigned tasks throughout the end-to-end accounts payable process in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Deliver a high volume of transactional work (invoice processing) with the highest accuracy and timeliness
- Work with a team to ensure invoices are processed timely and meet invoice processing goals
- Accurately code and record invoices into accounting system
- Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices and payments
- Reference written work instructions (available in English) for daily job activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-oriented transaction processing organization
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED degree.
- 1+ years of experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures
- 1+ years of experience in data entry
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office
- U.S. citizenship is required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements)
- Work instructions are available in English only
- Preferred: Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle and/or JDE
- Preferred: Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Preferred: Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees
