About the role
- Provide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition
- Manage moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provide measurable input to new products, processes, or standards
- Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer to enable informed decisions regarding installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades
- Communicate with program, contractor, and government stakeholders across levels regarding policies, procedures, and practices
- Work in a SCIF environment and accommodate flexible work hours
- Perform detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand problems and determine appropriate resolutions
- Support enterprise-level planning and implementation tasks
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
- Systems installation, integration, and test experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience working collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor)
- RFC impact review and assessment experience
- Experience in enterprise level planning and implementation
- Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for required security clearance)
- Experience working in a SCIF environment

- Preferred: Customer relationships and working across contract and location boundaries
- Preferred: Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial
