Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
Oversee production releases
Monitor delivery against SLAs
Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Azure Cloud Identity
Business systems analysis and/or business system design
Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, SQL, access, excel)
Ability to prioritize work without management direction
Provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures
Experience designing and executing Active Directory backup and recovery
Experience using Splunk for log analysis
