About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison to heritage Rockwell Collins Ariba stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for implementation of Ariba CRE procurement
  • Develop process for continuous improvement projects to increase system efficiency.
  • Promote and drive adoption of Ariba tools with subject matter expertise for new site onboarding and ongoing user training.
  • Maintain training documentation.
  • Lead root cause/corrective action efforts for break-fix issues and advanced training needs, while maintaining effective communication with impacted stakeholders.
  • Manage effective system changes/enhancements with the Digital Technology team, SAP Ariba, and impacted stakeholders.
  • Perform routine and project-related testing.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
  • 5+ years of experience with Ariba Procurement and Guided Buying
  • Experience with Office productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
