About the role
- Demonstrate facilitation excellence, including facilitation models, toolkits, and train-the-trainer approaches while working with the Learning Delivery leader to continuously evolve facilitation methods based on best practices and learner insights.
- Deliver high-impact leader development programs to role model facilitation excellence to create an engaging learning environment for all participants.
- Facilitate leader development programs and additional enterprise-wide skill-building content across multiple cohorts, geographies, and modalities (virtual, in-person).
- Partner with peer Learning Delivery team members, including co-facilitation, to consistent, scalable, and high-quality program experiences.
- Partner with program design teams to translate content into experiential, actionable, and behavior-changing learning experiences.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Learning & Development facilitation experience; relevant HR experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management
- Prior experience delivering world-class communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience leveraging adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and experiential learning design.
- Prior experience working with all levels of leadership to communicate and implement learning programs to support business goals.
