About the role

Analyzing and synthesizing complex health data from various sources
Providing analytic development and statistical programming expertise to project teams
Applying coding expertise to query, merge, and analyze healthcare data
Developing and maintaining SAS, SQL, or Python code
Collaborating with project team members to translate business requirements into programming logic
Advising and mentoring fellow programmers

BS/BA or advanced degree in data science, computer science, statistics or related field with at least 8 years of programming experience
Minimum of 8 years of combined experience with Python, SAS or SQL analytical coding
Programming experience using data stored in relational databases like Teradata, Snowflake, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server
Healthcare industry experience, especially with CMS
Experience with QA/QC procedures for analytic programming
Good interpersonal skills, including written and oral English-language skills
