Account Manager

• Build and retain client relationships, acting as an overall trusted advisor in our product suite.
• Work with some of the biggest US and global brands.
• Maintain clear, concise and timely communication in regards to all customer requests.

• Independently tailor and execute a sales strategy targeting dedicated Mid-Market accounts

• Own the Strategic Sales Plan: Exercising independent judgment and discretion in developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan for high-potential Mid-Market and Strategic accounts, taking full ownership of revenue targets and pipeline generation in the US market.
• Lead Sophisticated Outbound Efforts: Spearhead targeted outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach (cold calling, social selling, ABM strategies) to penetrate complex organizations and engage C-Suite decision-makers.
• Manage Complex Deal Cycles: Using discretion in matters of significance while driving the full sales lifecycle for larger, higher-stakes opportunities, navigating multi-threaded decision processes and buying committees with persistence and strategic rigour.
• Deliver Consultative Value: Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand client pain points and deliver tailored, data-backed business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI and strategic value to senior stakeholders.
• Champion Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Technical Account Management and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless implementation, while providing "voice of the customer" feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine our market fit.
• Mentor and Elevate the Team: Act as a senior on the floor, sharing best practices and contributing to the refinement of the overall sales methodology.

Senior Account Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reports directly to Finance Director Americas.
• Being responsible for the preparation, managing and finalization of financial analysis and internal checks and support to external audits.
• Overseeing AR/AP processes, including escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Leading the preparation of ad-hoc analysis, along with structuring the recommendations on topics to the Finance Director.
• Serving as an advisor to the Finance Director Americas on financial matters and compliance issues.
• Exercising judgment in developing, improving, and implementing US financial processes and controls.
• Being responsible for integrating and overseeing the governance, accuracy standards, and control frameworks for client master data, including escalation and resolution of complex or non-standard issues.

Financial Analyst

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of RTB House business.
• Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues including complex discrepancies, frequency analysis, publisher and host performance, tag drop offs and other important campaign issues.
• Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver both budget and client goals.
• Work closely with clients to ensure that RTB House tracking codes are functioning across the websites and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Support knowledge sharing, training and developing best practices across the TAM team.

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for diverse technical roles, including Software Engineers (Big Data, Machine Learning, Backend Development), Research Scientists, and Product Managers and many more.
• Source Strategically: Identify and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques, focusing on high-quality candidates who thrive in high-scale environments.
• Partner with Leadership: Act as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers and Tech Leads to calibrate requirements and optimize the interview process.
• Optimize Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging journey for every candidate, reflecting RTB House’s values.
• Drive Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to our recruitment process.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT

• Launching advertising campaigns (including verifying tracking codes, ordering banners, and analyzing product feeds).
• Optimizing new and existing campaigns.
• Ongoing monitoring of all advertising campaigns assigned to you.
• Proactive response to campaign errors and warnings (troubleshooting).
• Cooperating with Account Managers, sales, business teams, graphic designers, and other departments.

• Design and lead implementation of system changes that deliver high performance, scalability and observability for displaying and tracking ads world wide. Develop tools and optimizations to drive measurable improvements in critical user performance metrics.
• Implement, test, deploy, monitor and maintain (in all aspects, including setting up environment, writing configuration code, monitor production) HTTP / gRPC services and batch jobs in Java and Python, ensuring adherence to the high engineering standards.
