Enterprise Sales Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Convert assigned sales opportunities into RTB House customers.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals.
- Maintain consistent communications with prospects through phone, email, and other channels, following established processes.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships at all levels of their organization.
- Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored, strategic business plans for each assigned account.
- Prepare and deliver formal proposals to potential clients.
- Regularly update the CRM with the status of activities for both existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams and account management to help grow and retain strategic clients.
- Provide exceptional customer relationship management, driving satisfaction and engagement.
- Continually enhance your professional and technical expertise by attending regular training and development sessions.
- Travel up to 20% domestically for client meetings, conferences, and industry events to support business development and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated success in sales within the retail, or e-commerce online sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly analytical person with the proven track record of selling in a consultative style.
- Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing and RTB model will be an asset.
