About the role

  • Spending a part of your time 'on the road', you will be the key point of contact for our customers covering an area encompassing Essex and Hertfordshire.
  • You will be working closely with these customers, looking to identify their challenges with a view to providing them with top in class solutions, taking your portfolio to the next level.
  • Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
  • Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records.
  • Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working to KPIs and targets.
  • You are open-minded, possessing the ability and wiliness to embrace change.
  • Someone who takes a solution-led approach to their work.
  • You possess a proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
  • You are an excellent relationship builder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any Salesforce CRM or B2B experience would be a bonus!
  • A driving licence is essential!
